ScatterSpoke has four plan tiers, in this order: Free, Pro, Business, Enterprise.
Entitlements below are evaluated against the workspace’s Effective Tier, not its purchased Plan Tier. The two differ when billing is not in good standing — see core concepts.

Only Seat Holders count against these numbers. Participants — the people answering surveys — do not consume seats on any tier.
Monthly usage allowances
Section titled “Monthly usage allowances”Allowances are granted per workspace, not per seat, and reset each billing period.

One-time signup credits
Section titled “One-time signup credits”Every new workspace is granted 10 Agent Survey credits and 50 Ask Query credits. These are one-time and non-expiring — they do not reset with the billing period and are not tied to a tier.
Usage packs
Section titled “Usage packs”Two one-time packs can be purchased on top of any allowance. Purchased credits belong to the workspace, survive plan changes, and roll over until used.

Not gated by tier
Section titled “Not gated by tier”The following are available on every tier, including Free, and are not metered:
- Static Surveys and the responses they collect — unlimited on all tiers
- Retro boards themselves, as distinct from the retro agent features
- The number of teams, the number of Seat Holders beyond seat capacity rules, and the number of surveys created per month
- The built-in admin and standard workspace roles

The Agent Survey gate is credit-aware. A Free workspace can run Agent Surveys while it still holds unspent signup or purchased Agent Survey credits; the gate closes when the balance reaches zero. ↩
