Plans at a glance
A reference table of what the Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise tiers include — features, seat ranges, and monthly usage allowances.
Start with the plan that fits the number of people managing feedback and the features they need. Participants answering surveys do not count against paid seats.

- Retrospective boards with manual grouping, voting, and discussion.
- MCP connectivity; reading results through MCP requires a paid plan.
- Built-in workspace roles.
Free workspaces receive one-time credits for 10 Agent Surveys and 50 Ask Queries. You can use those credits at your own pace; Free has no recurring monthly AI allowance.
What paid plans add
Section titled “What paid plans add”Pro includes monthly Agent Survey and Ask allowances, anonymous survey collection, custom branding, and AI retro features.
Business adds more capacity, groups, custom roles, shared templates, and API access. SAML SSO is available as a paid Business add-on and included with Enterprise. Audit log access requires Enterprise.
Check your actual workspace
Section titled “Check your actual workspace”Open Settings → Billing for the your plan, available usage, and prices before confirming a change. A role or subscription issue can affect access even when the feature is normally included.
