Every Feedback session, Async Feedback or Retrospective, is analyzed and summarized by our custom models upon completion.
You will see the Feedback Summary when you view the Feedback session from the Feedback page or at the end of your Retrospective.

The Feed Summary contains:
- the Feedback Session Name,
- Engagement Score,
- Sentiment Analysis, and
- Issues Found.

Below Issues Found we provide key takeaways. This is divided into two sections:
- "What the team needs to know"
- "What leadership needs to know"
You can also use the “View feedback” link in the upper right corner to go back to a view of the feedback cards collected during this Feedback Session.
