Activity & Insights Feed
The Activity & Insights Feed on your Dashboard gives you a simple timeline view of the most valuable events and Insights. In this knowledge base article, we will discuss the basics of the Feed.
Feed Items
Section titled “Feed Items”We add items to your Feed based on user actions, Action Item due dates, daily and weekly updates and reminders, or generation of new AI Insights.
Each item in your Feed is written to give you clear, concise, actionable information.
The items in the Feed use the same controls found in other areas of ScatterSpoke. This enables you to take actions quickly and efficiently directly in the Feed.
If you need to take a more involved action or want to view more details about a feed item, simply click on it and you will be redirected to the relevant area and view.

### Team Feeds
When you are viewing the Feed for a team, the Feed includes events and Insights specific to that team only.
The events and Insights in a team’s feed are typically singular and very actionable. We encourage team members, including the team’s leaders, to check your feed a couple times per week to stay informed and drive continuous improvement.
Team events include:
- the Team being created,
- team members joining the Team,
- Retrospective updates and summaries,
- Action Item updates and reminders,
- Goal updates,
- Insights,
- and more!
Program Feeds
Section titled “Program Feeds”When you are viewing the feed for a Program or the root Organization, the Feed includes events and Insights specific to the Program or Organization.
When a Program is selected, the Feed also includes items that summarize events and Insights for the Teams assigned to the selected Program.
Program events include:
- the Program being created,
- Teams being created and added to the Program,
- summaries of Team Retrospectives,
- updates and reminders for Action Items across Teams,
- updates for Program and Team Goals,
- Insights,
- and more!
The Organization Feed
Section titled “The Organization Feed”
When the root Organization is selected, the Feed also includes items that summarize events and Insights for all Teams.
Organization events include:
- the Organization being created,
- Programs and Teams being created and Teams being added to Programs,
- summaries of Team Retrospectives,
- updates and reminders for Action Items across Programs and Teams,
- updates for Organization, Program, and Team Goals,
- Insights,
- and more!
