How to use ScatterSpoke for Jira

Method 1: Install via ScatterSpoke Account

  1. **Log in** to your ScatterSpoke account.
  2. Navigate to the **Integrations** section.
  3. Locate **ScatterSpoke for Jira** and click the **Install** button.
  4. Email support@scatterspoke.com to **finalize the connection** between ScatterSpoke and Jira.

Method 2: Install via Atlassian Marketplace

  1. Visit the Atlassian Marketplace (https://marketplace.atlassian.com).
  2. Use the search bar to search for **ScatterSpoke for Jira**.
  3. Click on the **ScatterSpoke for Jira** listing.
  4. Follow the installation prompts to start the installation process.

Billing Model

ScatterSpoke offers a 14-day unlimited trial to begin. During this trial, you have access to all features and can evaluate the benefits of ScatterSpoke for your team.

After the 14-day trial, you can choose to upgrade to a paid plan with full access to ScatterSpoke’s features or revert to the free plan. The free plan has a cap of 15 users and does not include metrics support. Upgrading to a paid plan ensures that you continue to enjoy the full range of ScatterSpoke’s functionalities and maintain optimal team performance.

Note: Billing is handled through ScatterSpoke, not Atlassian.

User Management in ScatterSpoke for Jira

ScatterSpoke for Jira does not automatically consume all users on your Jira site. Instead, as users navigate to the app per project, they are automatically added to that project space, which includes them in the billable users. If a user has access to a project in Jira, they will also have access to the team’s retrospectives in ScatterSpoke.
