Custom Feedback Schedules

Customizing your feedback process in ScatterSpoke allows you to tailor feedback schedules to fit your team’s unique needs, whether you have a survey style feedback or want to ask a team a very specific set of questions to get their response.

How to Customize

Section titled “How to Customize”
  1. **Navigate to Feedback:**- Click on **Feedback** from the side navigation menu. - Click the **Feedback** dropdown and select **Async Feedback**.
  2. **View Existing Schedules or Create New:**- You can see the schedules you already have set up. - Click **Create** to set up a new schedule.
  3. **Set Up and Customize:**- **Name Your Session:** Personalize your feedback session with a relevant name. - **Choose Collection Platform:** Select email, Slack, or Teams. - **Customize Questions:** Define - **Leverage Automated Insights:** Use our system to generate insightful questions tailored to your team’s needs, and review AI-generated summaries of the results from your custom schedule.
